FAQ's

I’ve never left my dog overnight before. Should I worry?

If your dog has never boarded before, we require scheduling a half day visit with us in order for us to observe how your dog acclimates to the new environment and also to get them used to our facility. We can then discuss with you how your dog does at the time of pick-up from your half day visit. This is by reservation only.

If you suffer from separation anxiety: Pets can sense your anxiety. If you remain calm and collected, that helps them feel a sense of comfort. Relax and enjoy your getaway! Remember, your pet is in good hands. They are enjoying a new outing and are probably receiving as much or even more attention than they normally do at home! As pet owners ourselves, we understand that leaving your your pet is typically much more stressful for the parent than the pet.

We go the extra mile to make certain that you have peace of mind that your pet will be safe, loved and have a blast while in our care!

What if my dog has anxiety while we’re apart?

If deemed necessary by our staff, we are also happy to administer a dose of Nature’s Pet Herbals CBD oil that will help calm your dog alleviate their anxiety naturally. CBD can also naturally benefit dogs who experience anxiety during thunderstorms.

We can also administer CBD in order to help soothe arthritis, hot spots, inflammation, loss of appetite, digestion, nausea and pain.
